Customer Dedication: Customers are our greatest asset, and we will do all that we can to make you happy. We take pride in the quality of Pope’s Fine Leather Goods products and hope that you will too.

International: We currently do not offer International sales.

Terms: All orders must be paid in full before delivery is attempted. Credit Card orders over the phone must be made through Trailmasteroutdoors.com. Pope’s Fine Leather Goods and Trailmasteroutdoors.com also accept Visa, Mater Card, Paypal, Postal Money Orders, Certified Checks and Personal Checks. Orders paid by check will be held until the checks have cleared the bank.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Master Card Credit Cards or if you log into or have an account with www.PayPal.com you can pay via Discover, or American Express also..

Returns: If an item arrives damaged from shipment, you must contact or inform the shipping carrier immediately and report the damaged package. This is the buyers responsibility. Should a replacement be necessary, we must be contacted within 5 days of buyers receipt of goods. Contact may be made by emailing Lee R. Pope at leerpope@gmail.com or calling 801-465-9416.

Sorry, no cash refunds. Each item is custom made to buyer’s specifications. Only in the event that the item is miss-sized or proven defective will we replace the item, and in that event, we will also cover shipping charges.

Any returned item must be insured by the buyer, and buyer must include the

RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization) received from us prior to shipping item back – otherwise the package will be refused.
