Customer Dedication: Customers are our greatest asset, and we will do all that we can to make you happy. We take pride in the quality of Pope's Fine Leather Goods products and hope that you will too.

Terms: All orders must be paid in full before delivery is attempted. Credit Card orders may be made on our website. We also accept Postal Money Orders, Certified Checks and Personal Checks.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Master Card Credit Cards.

Returns: If an item arrives damaged from shipment, you must contact or inform the shipping carrier immediately and report the damaged package. This is the buyers responsibility. Should a replacement be necessary, we must contacted within 5 days of buyers receipt of goods. Contact may be made by filling out the form on the Contact page.

Sorry, no cash refunds. Each item is custom made to buyer's specifications. Only in the event that the item is miss-sized or proven defective will we replace the item, and in that event, we will also cover shipping charges.

Any returned item must be insured by the buyer, and buyer must include the RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization) received from us prior to shipping item back – otherwise the package will be refused.
